Delivery Policy

As our payment gateway provides for immediate validation of credit card transactions, license codes and web site subscriber area access to download software is available as soon as you receive the order confirmation email from us. This email is sent immediately your card transaction is approved.

Where a physical software package has been ordered, you will still receive license codes by email as above allowing you imemdiate access to download and use the software. The physical package will be mailed out by standard Australia Post parcel delivery generally within forty eight hours of receipt of your order, and as such you should expect delivery within 7 working days.

Refund Policy

As is normal practice in the computer software industry, the issuing of license codes consitutes delivery of the software and no refunds or returns will be accepted after that time. We provide a free download of all our products which will run for forteen days to provide you with the fullest opportunity possible to evaluate the suitability of the software for your personal needs before you purchase.

Warranty

By its nature, flight planning software must be updated regularly and as a result bugs can occassionally arise. We undertake to take all reasonable action to rectify any bugs reported to us prior to the next available update cycle, which is normally every three months. As our software interfaces to third party systems and applications occassionally rectification of reported bugs may be outside out control. User will be entitled to bug fixes at all times they have a current subscription to the Command Flight Planner update service, but in any event for a period no shorter than three months from the date of purchase.
